Made in Queensland Grant - Round 4

The Made in Queensland Program provides grant funding to support Queensland’s small to medium enterprises (SME) in the traditional manufacturing sector to increase manufacturers’ international competitiveness, productivity and innovation via the adoption of new technologies. The MIQ Program is aimed at supporting existing jobs and creating new jobs of the future in Queensland manufacturing businesses and in the state’s supply chains to grow Queensland’s economy.

Amount Available: $50,000.00 - $2.5 million

Early Childhood Nutrition Grant

The purpose of the grant opportunity is to improve the nutrition of children in early childhood (0-5 years) by supporting activities that lead to improved dietary patterns in line with the Australian Dietary Guidelines.

The grant opportunity will support activities that improve knowledge and skills (e.g. education sessions to parents on appropriate foods and recipes), develop and disseminate early childhood nutrition resources (e.g. posters, online tools or learning modules) or provide services to improve early childhood meal provision (e.g. provide menu assessments or menu planning tools).

Amount Available: From $400,000 to $2.4 million

Business Growth Fund Program

The program provides funding for small and medium-sized businesses experiencing high-growth to buy specialised equipment to unlock growth potential, increase production, expand your workforce and maximise economic returns.

Amount Available: $50,000.00

TIQ - New Market Program

This new grant program is to assist current exporters identify new opportunities into overseas markets they have NOT previously traded (diversification) with matched grant funding support of $2,500 to $30,000 available.

Eligible costs (but are not limited to) developing or modifying products and/ or services for a new export market and/ or to assist in the development of a new product and/ or service due to a COVID-19 pivot to new export market opportunities including:

Under the Business Research and Innovation Initiative (BRII), Australian start-ups and small and medium businesses can submit proposals for ideas that address regulatory challenges. Successful applicants will then receive grants of up to $100,000 to develop their ideas and test feasibility over three months.

Tailored Assistance Employment Grants

TAEG aims to increase Indigenous employment and retention by funding tailored activities that respond flexibly to local employment conditions. It includes two activity streams that target specific cohorts of the Indigenous population: Employment and School-based traineeships

COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program - Round 2

Round Two of the Program will provide a payment to assist travel agents and inbound tour operators and tour wholesalers (tour arrangement service providers, consistent with ANZSIC code 7220) (Eligible Businesses) who have been disproportionately impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
