In our current economic environment it’s more important than ever to ensure you have a plan in place to future proof your business. To ensure your business is best placed for sustainability, come along to our 90 minute workshop developed by SRJ Walker Wayland where you will:

  • Develop or confirm your business vision and sustainable competitive advantage
  • Identify your current and future competitors
  • Identify where you are NOW, WHERE you want to be and HOW you are going to get there
  • Develop (or review) your strategic business plan highlighting key strategies and detailed actions to help you identify and achieve your business goals.

About the presenter

This session will be presented by Dianne Brown from SRJ Walker Wayland. Dianne is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years public practice experience. She specialises in all aspects of Business Advisory and has a passion for assisting businesses with growth, profitability and financial management.

How to attend this workshop

This workshop will be presented live at Business Moreton Bay Region, 433 Elizabeth Avenue, Kippa Ring 4021. Please note MBRIT workshops feature an extensive COVID safety plan and policy in place.
