Ryan Elson Steps Down as RPCC President

After having been the President of the Redcliffe Peninsula Chamber of Commerce (RPCC) for almost 4 years and one of the driving forces behind it's transformation to becoming one of the fastest growing and most effective chambers in the country, Ryan Elson has decided to step down and hand the reigns over to Secretary, Brad Flynn.

"It has been a tremendous honour and something I am extremely proud to have been involved with," said Mr Elson.

"We have grown from 26 members to over 150 with average attendances at our events now bumping up against 60."

Mr Flynn said that the members were extremely grateful for everything Mr Elson has done and that things will mostly continue as they have been.

"Our vision of Redcliffe Peninsula becoming Queensland's number 1 place to combine lifestyle and business remains the same," he said. "Under Ryan's presidency, we have seen some tremendous wins for local businesses and we will continue to push for further implementation of the projects."

"Mr Elson will continue continue as an executive on the board and being an integral part of the next phase for RPCC."

Ryan Elson will remain on the executive committee as Vice President and Kathryn Dearing will take Brad's role as secretary.

The next RPCC event will take place on Tuesday 5th March. For more information visit Redcliffe Peninsula Chamber of Commerce
