Kindred is proud to announce the opening of its third office in the Moreton Bay Region, with additional offices earmarked for opening over the next 12 months.

The announcement of the Deception Bay and Burpengary branch follows the opening of its Mango Hill office earlier this year, servicing the growing North Lakes and Surrounds.

Division 2 Councillor Peter Flannery attended the opening, with the ribbon officially being cut by head of the Deception Bay and Burpengary office, Ben Hyrapietian.

“We are really proud to have opened two offices this year, one servicing North Lakes & Surrounds and the other Deception Bay and Burpengary,” Josh Kindred, Principal of Kindred said.

“We are dedicated to ensuring clients’ needs come first, so it was a really natural progression for us to offer our services right on the community’s doorstep,” he said.

“This year marks the 10-year anniversary for Kindred Group in the Moreton Bay Region, so it’s fair to say we have been making a real difference in the region for years now.”

Josh said that his focus is now on continued growth for the community, which includes recruiting great people for projects across the region.

“Our vision and mission is to create the best home for real estate professionals to make a real difference.

“We are now the largest independent agency in the region and support real estate professionals to reach their potential and positively influence the market and community.”

Kindred’s growth is set to continue, with the opening of additional offices in the Sandgate area planned by July this year, and then further into Strathpine early in 2019.

The Deception Bay & Burpengary office is located at 727 Deception Bay Road, Rothwell.
