You can curate each album under specific themes such as products, tutorials and portfolios of work. This makes it easier for your social media followers to find information and allows for further progression of your business’ personal brand.

In order to create a Highlights Album, visit your Instagram profile page and select the Story Highlights button. Afterwards a Plus sign will appear and will direct you to create a highlight reel from your business’ previous or current Instagram Stories.

Instagram has made it easy for business to engage with their followers via Stories. Asking questions allows you to not only engage with your audience, but also request feedback regarding your product, service or what they want to see more of on your social media.

To ask your followers a question through your Story, swipe up when you are creating your story and select the Questions option. Next, you will be asked to type in your question and then all you have to do is select Done when you’re finished.

This tool not only allows you to get your customers involved, it also facilitates the partnership between businesses as you can mention any account from Instagram in your Story.
