Businesses invited to help spread the Christmas cheer

Business

Posted 10 October 2018

Local businesses and organisations are invited to come on board as a table sponsor for this year’s Community Christmas Lunch, and help spread the festive cheer to those less fortunate.

The annual event provides lunch with all the trimmings for more than 300 people, as well as offering children’s activities and a visit from Santa.

It is only possible thanks to the support and generosity of the local community, and is delivered by Moreton Bay Regional Industry & Tourism (MBRIT) in partnership with Moreton Bay Regional Council and Redcliffe Uniting Church.

As we near the holidays, kind-hearted local businesses and organisations are being asked to dig deep and help contribute financially by sponsoring a table ($500 plus GST) covering the costs of 10 individuals to enjoy Christmas.

There are also opportunities to help volunteer on the day or donate a gift.

The Community Christmas Lunch is held on Tuesday, 25 December at Kippa-Ring.

How do I get involved?

If you are a business who would like to get involved in this year’s event, please contact MBRIT on 07 3897 4999 or sales@mbrit.com.au.
